I would swap coils around and see if the misfire moves.

The secondary air is that fan that looks like a vacuum cleaner motor. It should start and run for a couple of minutes after a cold start. They use cheap bushings rather than bearings in the electric fan motor. so they don't last forever. Check to make sure that it is getting 12 volts after a cold start before replacing the fan. The relay could have failed.
