Funny, I kind of got the phrase: "It goes to 11" adopted as our unofficial project mantra.
It worked very well on two levels. One because we were supposed to be done in 2008 and I knew it would be more like 2011, and two because I could cover my rear and refer to the idea of us giving "one more" to get the project done on time.
BTW, it's now 2009 and we are still at least a year off from implementing. Guess who was right?
