Most electronics are available new from ebay vendors.
Lots of company's use ebay as a marketing tool.
Still half price over the stores and other mail order company's.
Warranties are a little tricky with ebay as some manufacturers only honor the factory warranty if the product is sold by a authorized dealer - but at half price it maybe worth the risk!

To install rear speakers remove the rear shelf by removing 4 screws. Lift up shelf, unhook the speaker wires, remove the shelf and unbolt the factory speakers which will probably be in horrible condition - the paper cones on mine were gone.

The new speakers will bolt right up - might require longer bolts and nuts as the factory used clips. Some rear speakers are a little deeper than the factories- so measure your originals than try to find a set which is similar in depth - specs for speakers detail this dimension.
