I purchased on Ebay and got the full factory warranty. Went a bit overboard on the rear speakers so that info is N/A for you, but fronts are Blaupunkt (normal size) with tweeters that overlap the normal hole a bit but use the same size opening.

You can do it piece by piece and install the system without the amp and later wire in an amp. I just wanted to give you a heads up that its well worth putting an amp in the system for the sound quality.

GR8 is correct that the depth is sometimes a problem on the rear speakers. Check before buying rears...
