The engine makes a difference. I had an early M&K 2in-2-out on my 2.7 CIS w/SSI's. Sounded great, loud, but no drone. Sold it to a friend with a 3.0 CIS w/SSI's. Sounded great, loud, but it droned like a weasel on fire. I've had a Triad 2in-2out on the same 2.7. Not too loud, but it droned so bad, it drilled right into your head and almost made me deaf. I've also had an early stock muffler, modded into a peashooter. Sounds great, not too loud, no drone. Dansk 2in-2out, loud, but no drone. All the 2in-2out versions did not have the tone that I was looking for, so after trying many, the Dansk 2in-1out sport is my favorite.....Sounds great, not too loud w/nice tone and no drone. Your results may vary.
