I did this to my case when it was in pieces about two years ago. The problem is I can't remeber exactly how I did it.
If memory serves, the squirter is in a passage off the passage going to the main bearing. Any way I took a piece of vacuum hose that fit fairly snug though the oil passage where the thru bolts go through the case and cut a hole in the side of the hose that lined up with the squirter passage. I had to plug one end of the vacuum hose and place the end of the air nozzle in the other end of the hose. The hose bypassed some of the passages. I then just plugged the main bearing passage with the end of my finger. This allowed enough air pressure to the squirter to pop it open.
Sorry this explanation is kind of sketchy, but I can't remember exactly how the passages line up in the case.
Take a look at your case and see if any of this makes sense. Hope this helps.
