That’s why a shipping container wont work they are about $500.00 if not free around here.
If I had some place to store it after filling it that’s the route I would go.
That’s why I was thinking about a old used box truck like UPS or a bread truck and park it at my moms or? .
Then when I do move I could just drive it home.
My wife likes the Pod idea.

Careful there. A POD (like) container is not all that easy to steal where a Van/Truck is ready to roll. Break the window, start her up, and you're gone. With a container they would have to defeat the lock (probably not hard) but then carry the stuff out in front of your home.
I know several folks that had their fully loaded UHaul truck stolen from the front of their home or at a commercial parking lot (they were getting Subway sandwiches). A quick way to rob a house if you ask me.
