Bill, you've got a good point. And this is why published lists like those in Excellence have to be taken in context.
Let's assume I have $50K to spend and I have zero interest in any Porsche constructed after 1973. The fact of the matter is if I wanted to purchase a near perfect-condition early S, I'm limited to only a handfull of possibilities, at best. And even amongst those I might not find the right color and options for me!! They ain't making these anymore folks - it's sort of like water-front property. -- Curt
