Yup. I wish I'd taken a picture of the side of it, it has a "moat" around the outside of it on the drop side and it's basically like an above ground pool w/ constant "spill-over". I think that's how the filter/pump part works, the water is constantly being cycled over the sides. The outside is finished beautifully in those small square tiles and has a perfect sheet of water flowing over it, (it's basically a fountain), no gaps or uneven splash. Incredible engineering considering the site.

In the second pic I posted, you can see the built-in bench that goes all the way around so people can just sit in the pool w/ a drink on the edge and watch the sunset over the hills and Mulholland in the summer. You can also see the spa on one end, that would be hot water/jacuzi.
