Like Chris, I am seeing asking prices all over the map these days. I have seen quite a few listed in the mid-teen range, but don't know what they're doing in terms of final price. Twin-cams are still pulling the most money and you see those often around the 25-30 range. The sub-10K cars I have personally looked at have tended to have pretty serious rust issues.
