It was my father's fav car as well. I had "The Talk" about girls in it with the top down at 70 MPH one afternoon.
It was responsible for a great deal of confusion and comedy because I was only catching bits and parts of the conversation in between the wind noise and the buffetting.
I'll always remember the starter switch. I thought all cars started that way.
