The pull out switch...yep, leave it to lucas and the brits to do things bassackwards. Or...maybe it was everybody else who was wrong? 
'62 was unique...the final year of the MGA, it had an inset grille, and "sideways" tailights. My buddy bought it after seeing pics of the MGB's...thought the B's were wayyy too luxurious, with roll up windows and all...
