Well I am going to update my own post...
Still not quite sure of the differences ... but have found a local wheel expert shop that has done DE-anodizing before.
They will clean, blast, de-anno, "machine finish the lips and, powder coat the centers for 185 per wheel ...Ohh and FREE dismount / mount / balance.
Good deal ???
