Move, before you end up hating them. I wouldn't be able to stand living with some of my best friends. You sound a bit OCD (like me), find another friend that's neat and get a new place. Having had roommates, and knowing many others with roommates, people either not cleaning or not paying the bills are pretty easily the two biggest complaints. Find someone neat, not cheap, and with a job, you're set!

I had one HORRIBLE experience living in a 4 bedroom apartment. I was the only one with a real job, the other 4 were students or lazy. 2 out of 4 were filthy, which I should have known coming in. The final straw was when I locked my door one weeknight at 2 am because I was due at work at 7, and they broke it down trying to get me to come out. I packed my crap the next morning and told them all to f- off. Funny, because the TV, DVD, and surround sound were all mine. I never made that mistake again, and started to live with more responsible folks that were at least tidy.
