You live in my neighborhood? I've noticed this as well since I've been
sans- employment. Now when I take our little one out in the stroller around the 'hood, I get the feeling there's 20 pairs of eyeballs on me.
I told my single buddy he should come over and take my daughter for a stroll around the block.
