Nice work Shane.
I'm comfortable tuning and synchronizing Weber's.
After a couple years reading, trying different things, and most of all listening to the folks on this site who've been there, done that.
Folks like Steve Weiner and Grady Clay sure know the details like emulsion tubes, which remain a mystery to me.
Not much clear info about emulsion tubes in the carb books I've read either.

I like your list, it's clearer than most I've read.
