What others said...new owners, new business, new game. Sounds sort of "scammish" from the PO if ya ask me. I wouldn't honor them at face value, but maybe "work something out" with the "potential" customer if they continue to use your store, and aren't simply looking for a "one time windfall" with the GCs. Just my .02...good luck!
