I understand your situation is tough but talk is cheap and good advice is priceless. Try to obtain good., legal counsel that specializes in retail. You need to stop all the trains at this station NOW. Don't let this ***** ruin your wife's chances of becoming sucessful. Find the money. Find a good attorney. Get this resolved.
