hey shane we did the balancing tonight.
worked out great really fantastic and creamy smooth now.
i think for me the list worked out really great as a fantastic reminder before getting ones hands dirty. a really brilliant pre-flight checklist and quick ref guide while doing it if you like.

we deviated from the list in only a few areas:
point 1 started with air screws totally in.
point 1 didnt have a vial or adjust fuel pressure.
point 3 used an analogue RPM meter together with ears helping determine when the mixture screws lower or higher the idle as sometimes without the RPM meter its really difficult to feel the drop/raise. (maybe digital meter is better than analogue)
point 10 used the hand throttle to do the synch. (this is not really a deviation but thought it could be nice to put "handthrottle" on that point 10.)
have yet to attack point 13 - am considering getting color tune plugs for a true test.

yipppeee. my car is silky smooth again! so happy!

keep the list going and finetune it like webers. it's great man. so straight forward and clear.

but now driving i realise my brakes are really really spongey after winter hibernation... hmmm... new project..
