UPDATE:
She runs, not well but she runs!
Turned out it was the engine computer. Darn Motronic unit must have been killed during the compression test. Had i know to disconnect the DME for the test I would have. Well in all likely hood it was likely on its way out.

Next step:
Flushing the cooling system: some radiator goop in there.
Master Cylinder: Starting to leak a bit
Cam tower gasket: Mine is leaking on to the exhaust manifold and smoking out the interior of the car. Stinky!
Fuel injectors: Cleaning/re o-ringing or replacing them with ford units
Rings: Gotta find a set that wont kill me.
Seats: Comfortable sport styled seats with good bolsters and comfortable on long drives
Interior: Convert to black interior from tan
Money: Start a not for profit so I can collect money from fellow p-car drivers to support my bad habit of buying cheap p-cars
