That was part of the problem, he was no kid, at least 35 years old. I found the spade bits, the forstners, hammer drill bits , masonry, TIN coated , cobalt, the brad point, etc. All I wanted was the HSS, jobber length, 135 degree point standard drill bit. They actually didn't have those, the closest thing was a cobalt bit in that size. I didn't tell the whole story the first time, all of this occurred after I asked him twice about the bits but he couldn't hear me due to the blue tooth in his ear. And I've never been accused of being soft spoken.
