I reread the first page and 83Zel944 did get a noid light and test on post 14 & 15.
Why did 'Zel get an apparant OK reading from the noid? Solder or pin contacts bad?. What is the Porsche shop manual procedure or expert advice to use a noid light to prevent additional damage to electronics when testing? Is the coil disconected? Fuel pump disconected? Have I been lucky in the past?
