Re: removing the sender you need to loosen the two oil line nuts which are connected to the oil pressure sending unit block and return oil to the right side head. Put a shop towel below the block to absorb the oil which will leak out the oil line when you loosen the nuts (makes it a little easier to clean up the mess). After loosening the nuts you can push the sender towards the front of the car to about a 45 degree angle, this will give you enough room to get a wrench on the sender nut and remove the unit.
