Yes and California is going to Parole another 57,000 of them as well. CA simply does not have the room to house all the criminals.
So let us hope they ALLL relocate themselves to LA and San Francisco...the citizens there are so concerned about how dangerous firearms are and have passed stringent laws on firearms so they ought to be safe from outrages like the Oakland killings...After all, all you have to do is REASON with people to get a harmonious outcome....Like, "GIVE ME ALL YOU MONEY MTHERFKER, OR I WILL BLOW YOUR BRAINS OUT." Now thats what I call reasonable.
