Daytona, I just replaced my sender and my first instinct was to use a crawfoot wrench to remove it. I even purchased the tool.
Then found out not to attempt that method of removal!
Remove the bolt, then remove the sender and block together, take to bench then remove sender. I couldn't believe I didn't see that in the first place.
