No, that's why I said to get it while you still can. You have to take a class either in UT or from a UT-certified instructor. How many of those are there in FL? It's expensive to stay a certified instructor if you don't live there. Even my guy in AZ is giving it up and we live right nextdoor. UT will eventually stop issuing non-resident permits. Getting a non-resident permit in NV is a huge PITA, which is why I went with UT. Also, having a UT permit allows me to open carry there, which I like to do on the bike. Most states have requirements as to which other permits they will accept as resident or non-resident permits.
