FWIW, to my knowlege the 17 y.0. I referred to did not sign a release. So what if we couch her complaint in terms of an unjust enrichment lawsuit? He made millions off of her on camera antics and all she got was a little booze and blow for her efforts. Would you be more comfortable with that theory of recovery?
