Ok, KC. I understand your point. BUT, where would you draw the line? A precocious 13 y.o.(and they are out here)? Public policy dictates that at some point an adult cannot do certain things to/with a minor. For that matter, there are certain things adults cannot do to each other.
m Let's assume someone ls sunbathing nude in the privacy of her backyard. Some guy climbs a telephone pole and films her. Posts it on the internet with her address for financial gain. Should she be able to recover for her loss of privacy and humiliation? Assume she had a resonable expectation of privacy.
I mean I can't as an adult sign a contract with you for you to kill me. That won'y pass legal muster.
