Don't get me wrong, I don't fault the guy for making the vids--I find nothing wrong with watching hot girls participating in questionable behavior---it was his business practices that I have a problem with, and apparently alot of other folks did too--hence the class-action.
And if you think the vids are all "soft-core" porn of girls getting naked, flashing, or pillow-fighting, then you haven't seen the videos. There is a vid of Lave Havasau(sp?) that could be deemed hard-core porn-- one segment consist of a girl on a boat getting nailed by 1 guy, while performing oral on another, and being "prodded" by 2 others.
He is a first-class douche.
