Dish HD DVR Help; Coax Signal poor on TV #2)

I have a Dish Network HD DVR Dual Receiver. I just paid to have the installer hook up my 2nd HD TV to receive the signal via a coaxial cable. Well, the signal quality coming from the coaxial cable to the back of my 1080p HDTV is HORRIBLE. Perhaps Dish should have mentioned this would be the case...!

Anyway, Dish wants me to sign up for another 24 month contract to install a second HD DVR. I don't think so. I have been a customer for 9 years!

Is there a way to convert the HD Coaxial signal I am getting from my "dual receiver" box to at least component video quality? Or, does someone sell a box that I can run the coaxial cable into and get HDMI?

Damn, I am pissed at Dish Network for not explaining this to me before I paid $50 to have a tech do his work.

Mike
