Forest pic was in the Smokey's during Nov where nights were 25-35F and days 50-60F.
Stayed there a week and it's where I met NC pelicanhead Brorag and others at the pelican "Tail of the Dragon" meet. I actually met Brorag out in the forest for the first time with his 911 and a camper his bud was driving. He filled me in on the nuances of NC, like how I was camped next to 6 bible thumpers out on "retreat" and had no idea about it. Anyway, one thing led to another and 6 months later Brorag and me did a 10k mile cross country ride to many many forests. Cool ride having 2 911s in these forests. We received some strange looks from everyone from kids to old ladies.
