Hello, my name is Steve, and I'm a habitual speeder.

I've actually gotten a lot better in the last 5-8 years. In the last 2-3 months, I've gotten really good about it. I'm not hypermiling, but I have been playing a game with my scangauge and my daily drives, "how good can I make my mileage without dying of boredom or getting run over."

I'm up to 27-29mpg from 23-25mpg. I get passed like I'm standing still on the freeways where the traffic is going 70-80 and the speed limit is 60. I'm usually doing less than 65. I used to be the one going 80.

When I had the 911 it was 80-90, and if the conditions (traffic, visibility, etc....) permitted, I'd blast up to 120 or so.
