Ha, I've remmembered quite a good story from my late uncle Peter. He was driving along the desert road FAST in his Ferrari and the radar detector went off big time. He piled on the brakes, drove back to the previous town, had lunch and looked around the army museum. When he carred on with his journey the police pulled him up and said we know that was you earlier. He replied that he had just driven up from Wellington and it wasn't him. They said oh yes it was. Yours is the only car all day that could go that fast. And let him go on his way.

Me: I drive a little under the limit in town, just over the limit on the open road, and as fast as I can on certain outback roads.
