I honestly didn't even see the epilogue.
Guess i'll have to go find it on you tube just so i can say i saw it.
Did they ever even show what happened to Helo? Last i remember seeing him he was shot and Athena said if she left him he'd bleed out. Then i don't remember ever seeing him again.
One thing is for sure, BSG did a horrible job of showing how a military organization would deal with the whole situation, especailly as the show progressed.
Letting known traitors, criminals, and mutineers back into the fold time after time would just
never happen.
These people would be made extreme examples of. The military- any military- is about discipline first, second and third.
