i got the same thing a few weeks ago, see my post about a new scam.
it looks very legit beacuse i new someone back in the 80's that actually did this. but i think it was for a restaurant. anyway, it looks good until you see the part about wiring $2800 to see how the transfer goes. they kinda sneak it in and you dont catch it at first.
i wonder how many actually fall for this stuff.
