any ideas on what I can spray on some "headers" that are rusty to fixz them up a bit?

they are on a Vanagon (not my 911) so there is no way I am gonna take them off and get them ceramic coated or anything spendy or time consuming...

I'd like to just hose them down with something, but not sure what would work
