Just completed the valve clearance inspection yesterday. Indeed, the lifters were all mis-labeled. All the exhaust valves have smaller clearance/s than the intake valves. So the exhaust valves will lift more than the intake valves. Have to switch all lifters back in place and will check again the clearances.

Yes. The dealer had recalled my '95 Toyota in 1997 to replace the head gasket. I have 180K miles on the truck and about 130K miles on the second head gasket (from recall).
