Looks like a Zenith Royal 185. "Verical, plastic, left front vertical slide rule dial over large perforated grill area with upper right logo. two right side thumbwheel knobs, AM, battery."
Value given was $30...sorry, you didn't hit the jackpot. But to keep in mind, my reference book is a 1994 edition...so values up since then.
Old treasures...fun stuff. Oh, book didn't give a date on this one, but I'd guess mid 1960's...9V battery powered. Did you check to see if it still plays? Like I said...fun...
