Here's a good/cheap source for customer shirts, http://www.execshirts.com/measure-me-custom-dress-shirt.htm . I tested one with the average material, it fits perfectly.

That's why I haven't gone yet. I know they'll be amazing and I'll want to replace every pair of pants that I have, which I'm sure I really can't afford.
