When I lived in a college town, it was a well known fact that the spoiled kids from out of state typically threw out everything that wouldn't fit in their car prior to leaving for the summer. Apparently mommy and daddy paid to refurnish their apartments. It was amazing the stuff that would be stacked around the dumpster in apartment complexes. Best that I found was a nearly new poposan (sp?) chair sitting outside my apartment one day. I used that thing for probably 5 years, absolutely the most comfy chair I've ever had.
