Joisey, Nah, you don't want to live in New Joisey.
Put a pencil on the map, point on Philly, head south on I-95 and voila! 20 mins you are in DE, 40 mins you are in MD. A lot of people who work in philly live south on I-95.
I have to agree with m21sniper about the pot holes, some are big enough you'd need a snorkle during a rain storm.
