His exact words:
I was having dinner with a friend,
had some drinks and while driving home it started raining. *It was about 8:30pm in December of ‘06 and I was making a right turn from Powell onto Broadway. *I*accelerated in second gear and immediately realized I still had my summer tires on. My friend and I decided to make a run for it since I would have gone directly to jail with a DUI. *The problem was that the car was blocking the traffic into the tunnel and cars behind me were starting to honk. *It eventually got towed.**I made it home and Phat Kat was hanging out listening to some music. *He said “Man, you guys got enough money to just leave a Porsche on the road?!” *Well, no, but I had full coverage so I was okay. *Thanks AAA!!! *I’ll post up what I got with the insurance money later.
