Not sure about Exchange, but isn't there a cached mode in Outlook that allows offline use with autosync?

Mind you if it has Microsoft on the label it means that it is a pain on both ends of the spinal cord to use and set up....

I use off line files and a local copy of Outlook and am very mobile. Works well..
