i am stunned. i know the guy, he is very good friends with one of my coworkers. i helped him build a deck, for the deck building learning experience. he got laid off, with zero potential gigs on the horizon. his specialty is robotics. he got his foot in the door, buy volunteering to work on the devil's slide tunnel project. free labor. he knows he has zero construction mechanical experience and is willing to put in the time to get a leg up on his competition.
