Don't forget to check the backpressure (pressure between turbo outlet and cat), if you still have a catalyst on your car. My car has a fitting for this purpose (don't know if all years and models do). With enough misfire and/or rich operation the catalyst material (substrate) can break up and cause alot of backpressure. No enthalpy across the turbine = no boost!
