Here's what I found...
My 2 gig gives me:
RAW - 205
TIFF - 112
JPG fine - 606
norm - 1.1k
basic - 2.2k
The 4 gig:
RAW - 410
TIFF - 225
JPG fine - 1.2k
norm - 2.3k
basic - 4.5k
The 8 gig:
RAW - 390
TIFF - 214
JPG fine - 1.1k
norm - 2.2k
basic - 4.3k
I am going to guess that 4 gig is as big as you a go. BTW, don't bother buying UDMA CF cards, as the D100 does not support UDMA, although the cards will work. They cost more.
