OK, When I go to the airport on Monday morning at 4:30 am, NOT having a coffee is NOT an option. And I'm not about to get up early to drink one before I go.

So, get one of those Stainless Steel cups from Starbucks that have a straight shape, and not too big around (I actually use one of those Microsoft give-aways from a training class). Then, take a nice clean cloth, and form a holding position in the door pocket. The cup will fit in snugly and never spill.

No cup holder installation, and no spills.
