Attached is a picture of the cup holder I built. Cost $4.95. Recycled a cell phone boom, reclaimed some heavy sheet metal for an attachment base, and bought the $4.50 (+ tax) cup holder from Pepboys. No holes drilled and location is as flexible as the adjustable boom (ie: completely).
