I'm pretty sure that Phone Dials were the only factory wheel that was available in both early and late offsets.
All Fuchs and Cookie Cutters are early offset.
All D-90, Twist, Manhole covers, yada yada are late offset.
Of course, there are several aftermarket wheels available in both offsets. I've got two sets of Fikse wheels- One early, one late.
