I regularly like to post pics on my blog and on Pelican. I would also like to put visible circles and visible arrows, etc., in appropriate spots. What is a good program or method to do this? I use MSPaint, but the lines are always too light and the images too large to work with easily, and the "fill" tool doesn't seem to work. Maybe the program is damaged ?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
